April snow brings a yummy new menu…

The new menu is out and loaded with yummy local treats including Monforte dairy’s Tomme and Chevre, Wild Rose Maple products, Ontario quail eggs and of course or locally sourced fresh never frozen Ontario beef, veal, chicken and pork. What goes best with all of these? How about a pint of Dennison’s Weiss, Some have claimed it to be the worlds best Weiss! Also new on tap, Hannenberg Pilsner and my fav, St. Ambroise Cream Ale. Don’t forget, Wed is 1/2 price Shire burgers, Monday is now wing night and Sunday is 1/2 price fish and chips. See you at the Shire!
